Mountain Edge Media is a boutique audio services firm based in Las Vegas, founded by Kent Larsen and Sonja Larsen. Together we blend 30 years of hands-on technical expertise with the organizational rigor that turns complex audio ideas into seamless, finished realities.
Kent Larsen
Founder & Lead Audio Specialist
30+ years in audio: from DIY speaker design as a teenager to co-founding Denmark’s respected Bekent.dk and consulting on hundreds of custom loudspeaker projects.
Technical pedigree: Journeyman in Automation, extensive low-voltage and Loudspeaker background, and (forthcoming) Nevada C-2D Low-Voltage License.
Philosophy: Every space deserves a sound signature as intentional as its architecture.
Sonja Larsen
Co-Founder, Marketing & Content Director
Digital-first builder: Two decades creating websites, managing SEO, and running multi-channel online campaigns for small businesses and creative brands.
Seasoned storyteller: Published author for 20 years, adept at turning technical details into engaging narratives that resonate with clients and search engines alike.
Operational anchor: Drawing on her project-management experience from the couple’s former Smart House Electric venture, Sonja keeps schedules tight, content flowing, and communication crystal-clear.
